Lament for John Cage - The Sage Gateshead, Sat 3 March, 8-10.30pm
The whole Festival is inspired by John Cage's compsition ASLSP (As SLow aS Possible), so we are delighted to celebrate the Cage 100 Anniversary year with six incredible performances by Rhodri Davies, Phill Niblock, Susan Stenger, Yoshi Wada plus readings by Alec Finley and Kenneth Goldsmith. This special evening includes UK premieres of new work inspired by Cage plus performances and readings of his work. Including work for solo harp, flute, contrabass, percussion, electric guitar, reed organ and highland bagpipes.

June 21 (the summer solstice) - a Phill Niblock concert at Roulette with the Dither Guitar Quartet (James Moore, Joshua Lopes, Gyan Riley, Grey McMurray) playing Two Lips, a scored orchestra piece. Pored glavnog festivala poceo je da radi i World Music festival „Todo Mundo“, tako da nije iznenadenje sto su u programu „Ring Ring na Belefu“ i World Music i nešto drugacija, tipicna Ring Ring muzika, spojeni u jedno. Festival ce ciniti sedam koncerata i muzickih performansa i to u junu i u julu.
